Apr 21, 2013 The Insanity Fit Test takes about 25 minutes from start to finish. The Insanity Fit Test does include a warm-up and cool-down during the 25 minute duration. The warm up consists of jogging in place, jumping jacks, the Heisman, 1-2-3 Heisman, butt-kicks, high knees, mummy kicks, and stretching.

I debated not posting, but since the sub doesn't have a lot of activity at the moment, I figured I'll drop it in here and maybe create some discussion...and see if anyone else is on a similar timeline so we can agonize together.
I had dramatic improvement across the board.
- Switch Kicks 48 -> 62
- Power Jacks 30 -> 50
- Power Knees 75 -> 105
- Power Jumps 13 -> 31
- Globe Jumps 9 -> 11
- Suicide Jumps 0* -> 10
- Push-up Jacks 0* -> 30
- Low Plank Oblique 0* -> 41
*Note on the 0s: I died in the first fit test after the globe jumps. I was mentally and physically exhausted and quit. I wish I had continued and just struggled out a few reps of each, but I didn't. So while I can't truly compare numbers, I think my ability to continue into those final exercises with some decent numbers shows a huge improvement in my cardio ability.
I've also lost 3 lbs! I'm Male, 6'0' and started at 222.5 lbs. Now down to 219.5 and falling! I've been counting calories religiously, but did have 2 bad days in the middle when we had some guests stay with us. I'm tracking in MyFitnessPal and not eating back any exercise calories.
